I gladly accept returns and cancellations.
  • Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
  • Ship items back within: 14 days of delivery
  • Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase

The following items can't be returned:

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

Please contact me if you have any problems with your order. Returns and exchange details. Because all items are custom made, all sales are final unless there is a construction problem with the item upon receiving it. 

If for any reason, you are unsatisfied, please contact me PRIOR to leaving any negative feedback. I take pride in my work, and want all of my clients to be happy with what they receive! Please allow me the opportunity to work with you to remedy any problem you may have.

Shipping costs on returns are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the return is a result of an error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc. see below). Returns will only be accepted on full priced items. Any items purchased at a discounted price through store mark downs or promo codes are not eligible for return or exchange. Please email info@peapodandnate.com with any questions or to request a return.

 

Shipping

Production time is 2-3 weeks, unless otherwise noted on the individual listing. Please note shipping time is NOT included in this. Please contact me if you have any questions on dates or would like to set up a rush. 

Please ensure your address is up-to-date and correct, as that is where item will be shipped. 

I offer a $15 rush fee for shipping within 7 days. Items will ship First Class unless previously discussed with seller. First class does NOT include insurance, therefore items damaged in route will not be remade or refunded.
